Abstract：DC-SIGN is a kind of important protein founds on the surface of cell membrane. Many researches on mouse DC-SIGN and related proteins have been taken place, in which the main aspects are chromosome location, expression modality, and the structure and function of the related proteins. The recent developments are discussed in the context.
