Expressions of survivin and Ki-67 in trophoblasts of spontaneous abortion mouse model and the relevant researches
Abstract：Objective To explain spontaneous abortion by comparing the expression character of survivin and Ki-67 in tropho-blasts of normal pregnancy mouse models and spontaneous abortion mouse models. Methods The abortion-prone CBA×DBA/2 mat-ings were established, while the models of spontaneous abortion and the nonabortion-prone CBA×Balb/c matings were used as the mod-els of normal pregnancy. Immunohistochemistry method (SP) was employed to detect the expressions of survivin and Ki-67 in tropho-blasts of mice at the day 13 of gestation. Results Comparing with normal pregnancy models, the expressions of survivin and Ki-67 in trophoblasts of spontaneous abortion models were significantly lower (P<0.01). Conclusion The expression levels of survivin and Ki-67 are associated with spontaneous abortion; the lowed expressions of survivin and Ki-67 in trophoblasts might be one of causes of spontaneous abortion.
