Synthesis and identification of methamidophos artificial antigen
Abstract：Objective To synthesize and identify methamidophos (Met) artificial antigen. Methods Phosphorylation method was used to conjugate O, S-Dimethylphosphor-chlorothiolate to Bovine serum albumin (BSA), then a series of experiments, such as determination f phosphorus of artificial antigen, UV and 31 p NMR Spectral studies were done, mice were immunized with artificial antigen. Results The conjugation ratio of artificial antigen was 16, UV spectrogram of artificial antigen has been changed when compared to BSA,31 P NMR spectrum of artificial antigen and hapten have equivalent chemical shift, anti-Met antibody have been produced in sera of immunized mice. Conclusion Met artificial antigen is synthesized successfully, and this made it possible to establish immunoassay of Met.
