Relationship between the balance of TH1/TH2 cells and viral hepatitis
Abstract：TH cells are important immune regulating cells of organism.Thereare three types of TH cells including TH1,TH2 and TH0.They produce different cytokines to regulate cellular and humoral immunity respectively.TH1 and TH2 cells can regulate and restrict each other by secreting their cytokines.The balance of TH1/TH2 cells is very important in maintainning normal immunity of organism.It is known that many immune and infectious diseases involve the imbalance of TH1/TH2 cells. The relationship between the balance of TH1/TH2 cells and HBV/HCV viral hepatitis is expounded in this article.
