Abstract：Stem cell factor fulfills its biological function throughc-kit，which belongs to receptor tyrosine kinase.The article summarizes the function of members of JAK／STAT （JAK2、STAT1、STAT3、STAT5） and members of Src（Lyn、Fyn、Lck） in signal transduction of stem cell factor.
