Modulation of IFNγ? And IL-6 to the C1 inhibitor synthesized by hu-man hepatoma cell lines
Abstract：Objective In order to study the effect of IFNγ and IL-6 to the C1 inhibitor(C1INH) synthesized by human hepatoma cells. Methods We used sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure the concentration of C1INH in the supernatants stimulated by these two cytokines. Results The results showed that the human hepatoma-derived cell line HepG2,SMMC7712 spontaneously synthesized and secreted small atmounts of C1INH. IFNγ and IL-6 can upregulate C1INH synthesis through different ways ,and IFNγ is more efficient than IL-6. Conclusion The results suggest the possibility of using IFNγ and IL-6 to treat the disease of C1INH deficiency.
