Modulation of IFNγ and IL-6 to the C1 inhibitor synthesized by human hepatoma cell lines
Abstract：Objective In order to study the effect of IFNγ and IL-6 to the C1 inhibitor(C1INH)synthesized by human hepatoma cells.Methods We used sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to measure the concentration of C1INH in the supernatants stimulated by these two cytokines.Results The results showed that the human hepatoma-derived cell line HepG2,SMMC7712 spontaneously synthesized and secreted small amounts of C1INH.IFNγ and IL-6 can upregulate C1INH synthesis through different ways,and IFNγis more efficient than IL-6.Conclusion The results suggest the possibility of using IFNγand IL-6 to treat the disease of C1INH deficiency.
