Abstract：["The \u0027Belt and Road\u0027 initiative is a major strategic decision made by the Chinese government to coordinate domestic and international situations, which has far-reaching implications for deepening regional economic cooperation and promoting reform of the global energy governance system. The countries along the \u0027Belt and Road\u0027 have formed a comprehensive energy cooperation network covering coal, oil, gas, and new energy. On October 23, 2024, the Third \u0027Belt and Road\u0027 Energy Ministers Conference was held in Qingdao, Shandong. During the conference, the \u0027Belt and Road Green Energy Cooperation Action Plan (2024-2029)\u0027 was released, proposing seven aspects of action plans for member states of the \u0027Belt and Road\u0027 Energy Partnership over the next five years.
