Research on the method of hoist head sheave bearing fault diagnosis based on EEMD
Abstract：Given a method of the hoist head sheave bearing fault diagnosis based on EEMD,which can efficiently restrain mode mixing during EMD and improve the accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis.The realization process of this method as follows.First,detect the head sheave bearing is fault or not,then use the EEMD to deal with the fault signal if the bearing is fault.After that,we could get Hilbert spectrum and marginal spectrum which can extract the fault frequency and judge the fault position.The effectiveness of this method is given though experiments.This method can eliminate the effects of outside noise and intermittent impact,extract the fault frequency and judge the fault position precisely,give gist for the maintenance of the hoist head sheave bearings,which can ensure the safety operation of the hoisting system.
