Elastic-plastic analytical solution for functionally graded material frozen soil wall with parabolic property under uniform load
Abstract：By analytically solving this functionally graded elastic thick cylinder under uniform load,combining with the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion,the stress distribution of the frozen wall in plastic state was obtained.The results is further compared with that from the homogeneous model to reflect some mechanical characteristics of frozen wall with FGM property.Finally,some suggestions regarding to the present design philosophy of frozen wall were proposed.
