Solvent extraction research on organic matter in direct coal liquefaction residue
Abstract：Shenhua direct coal liquefaction residue （DCLR） was extracted. The solvent extraction conditions and the characteristics of the extracts were studied. The results indicate that the optimal conditions are middle distillate of Shengli coal, 130- 150 ℃ of the temperature,0. 5 MPa of the initial N2 pressure,4 ： 1 or 5 ： 1 of the mass ratio of solvent to residue and 15 - 30 rain of residence time as well as stirring. The extraction yield is more than 50% and the extracts contains about 58% oil and nearly no ash,besides ,the H/C ratio is 0.99 and the condensation degree of aro- matic nucleus is 0. 675 ,the aramid-carbon ratio is 0. 694 ,weightlessness rate is maximum at 420 ℃.
