Application of multi-classification fuzzy pattern recognition model in blast furnace injection assessment of blended coal
Abstract：Blended coal injection assessment model was established by referring to relevant documents,combining with amounts of practical experience.Properties indicators suitable for the quantitative analysis were selected from many factors that influenced the injection properties.Assessment indicators standard system of properties was founded and the indicators relative optimum membership degrees were defined.Indicators＇ weight was calculated by analytic hierarchy process and by using multi-classification fuzzy pattern recognition model,the conclusions of the assessment came out.The model is applied to assess the injection properties of 8 different kinds of coal used in some iron mill.Assessment conclusions are in accordance with production practice by and large.
