Mathematical model of cutting force based on experimental conditions of single pick cutting
Abstract：Based on coal crashing information and mechanism acting on coal and pick hiding in single pick cutting resistance spectrum,recognized the cutting resistance spectrum of crashing coal by shearer drum and proposed a new method to determinate the instantaneous cutting resistance of drum based on a pick cutting experimental spectrum,pick cutting rules and operating parameters.Established a model called integrated experiment with theory of drum cutting resistance and offered three algorithms of cutting resistance model.The results prove better coincidence in characteristics and values of cutting resistance and reveal broken coal internal pattern.
