Abstract:Used compound alkali and salt NaOH, CaSO_4, CaO as the influencing factors, the effect compound alkali and interactions on cementation were studied by using response surface design. The stabile area was confirmed through single factor experiment and ranges of response surface design were supplied. The analysis of interactions and second-order response surface model were got by using the response surface methodology. The results indicate that alkali NaOH is the significant factor, the most significant effect is observed for NaOH of 1%. Under the strong alkali, certain effect is reached by the dosage of CaO above 15%. The interactions between NaOH and CaSO_4 are less significant than NaOH and CaO.
