Abstract:To reveal flame structure dynamic evolution process of gas explosion under restricted condition, the premixed gas explosion was performed in a semi-vented pipe to explore the interaction between dynamic parameters and flame front structure. In the test, high speed schlieren photograph system was applied to record the explosion flame micro-structure and propagation behavior, and the influence of flame speed and pressure wave on flame structure was dis-cussed in detail. The results show that asymmetrical flame speed leads to local flame structure transition directly, while the inner mechanism is the interaction between flow and flame structure. Pressure wave plays an important role on flame speed apparently ,which enhances turbulence greatly, and further causes flame structure unstable.
