Some key scientific problems on water hazards frequently happened in China's coal mines

Abstract：Summarized the basic characteristics of water hazards frequently happened in China's coal mines in recent years, studied the hydrogeological conditions of water inrush induced by abandoned mines, analyzed problems in reservation of rock and coal pillars for prevention of water from faults and collapsed columns, inquired into the shortcomings of the theory of water inrush index and water inrush out from coal floors, and put forward the methods to identify the harbingers of heavy water hazards induced by gobs or sinking columns and the new technology for these hazards warning in order to give the hints to new instruments design.
