The mathematical model of operating efficiency and maintenance cost for mining dump truck

Abstract：Collected a large number of datas from 1991 to 2005 of operating and maintenance cost for 254T 630E mining dump truck, established the mathematical models of operating efficiency and maintenance cost of mining dump truck through the method of mathematical statistics regression analysis, found the rule of operation, maintenance cost, overhaul and renew, forecasted the economic life of mining dump truck scientificaly for 11 a, advised the downtime loss of mining dump truck was so large that bargh should pay attention to it highly, ensured the first overhaul period was 3. 82 a; according to the economic principle of overhaul, judged whether need third overhaul.
