Processing of coal liquefaction recycling solvent substituted partially by petroleum FCC heavy products

Abstract：The reaction process of Xinjiang Heishan bituminous with the mixture of FCCO ( FCCRO) and recycling solvent was studied in vibrating autoclave, and the slurry formation was discussed. The effects of FCCO (FCCRO) addition and catalyst in FCCO on coal liquefaction was investigated and compared with the results of no FCCO (FCCRO) addition. The results show that proper addition of FCCO (FCCRO) boasts such excellent performance as higher coal conversion while being made into coal slurry with a concentration within the viscosity range ensuring good transportability. The catalyst in FCCO has little effect on coal liquefaction.
