Abstract:In order to analyze hydrochemistry characteristics of coal mine water-full source, and provide the theoretical basis for discriminating water bursting source, the hydrochemistry characteristics of Panyi Coal Mine was discriminated and the change of an aquifer' s water quality on the vertical direction was analyzed by using multiple correspondence analysis (MCA). The results were compared with Piper diagram' s. The results show that the correspondence analysis can analyze the relations between water samples, the relations between water indexes, and the relations between samples and indexes, and it makes a better explanation results than Piper diagram. This method makes a good explanation for groundwater quality characteristics of the mine water-full aquifers, the impact of Ceno-zoic lower aquifer upon sandstone-fracture aquifer of Permian, and the varying trend of groundwater in the sandstone-fracture aquifer of Permian. The results are well agreement with the hydrogeological condition.
