Abstract：A model is presented for prediction exhaust soot of mine explosionproof diesel engine，which calculated and analyzed the influence of supplementary instrument of mine explosionproof diesel engine to exhaust soot.By comparing to the data of experiment, this model is right. This model is sui ted for predicting exhaust soot of miniature mine explosionproof diesel engine and which would have some assistance for designing supplementary instrument of mine explosion-proof diesel engine（swirl chamber）.
