Abstract：Aiming at the low level of automation of instruments in rock labs,using Delphi,a CAT program running on Windows95 is developed,which can label coordinates automatically,and through linear insert, calculate elastic modulus and possion’s ratio automatically or semi-automatically on selected curves. Trans fering of various function models and showing of information are carried by menus in Chinese,overcoming shortcomings of CAT running on DOS,such as not so good u ser interface,odd style of input parameters. If necessary,it can be upgraded.T he program is practical.
