Research and application of four-in-one rock drift rapid excavation technology based on drilling and blasting method

Abstract：In order to solve the problem of develop engineering lag and mining succeed insufficient on Chensilou coal mine after upgrading to coal and gas outburst coal mine,the paper analyzed the main factors which restricted the rapid excavation of rock roadway,and put forward the four-in-one rapid excavation technology system.Taking the No.6 mining area,No.9 mining area and No.20 mining areas as practice sites,the mining gangue and the mining area were designed to separate the gangue system,and set up the rock tunnel line of mechanical drilling and continuous gangue,put forward four-in-one rapid excavation technology system on scientific engineering design,reasonable equipment cooperation,reasonable support technology application,efficiency technology organization,safety construction guarantee system.The practices showed that the technical system realized safety and efficient organization with the mechanical drilling and continuous gangue.The six rock roadway heading faces which had more than 200 meters of tunneling footage per month,and significantly improved the speed of rock roadway heading.
