Design on Safety Monitoring and Control System of Mine Friction Hoisting

Abstract：According to the safety accidents frequently occurred in the mine friction hoisting,with analysis conducted on the rope broken, overwinding,sliding and braking failure common accidents easily occurred in the friction hoist,the main causes of the accidents occurred were found.The paper discussed a method to realize the safety monitoring and control system of the friction hoisting.Three major mine fric-tion hoist safety monitoring and control system function module of the braking system monitoring and control,operation status monitoring and control and sliding monitoring and control were established.The results showed that the safety monitoring and control system of the mine friction hoisting could ensure the safety and reliable operation of the mine friction hoisting.
