Study on Technical Economy Evaluation Model of Coal Mining Plan for Seam Under Surface Buildings
Abstract：In order to solve more and more prominent problems of the mine with great coal seams under surface buildings, technical economy evaluations were conducted on three mining plans of the seams under the surface buildings. The technical and economy analysis and comparison were conducted on the three mining plans, including the mining with village relocation, the backfill mining in underground mine and the strip mining. The economy evaluation model of the three mining plans was established. The analysis results showed that in the coal mining in the medium and thick seams under the surface buildings, the selection sequence of the mining plans were the mining with the village relocation, backfill mining and strip mining. The evaluation model of the mining plans could be well to provide the decisions for the coal mining in seams under surface buildings.
