Simulation Analysis on Mine Flameproof Rubber Tyre Vehicle with Diesel Engine and Driving System
Abstract：In order to rationally match the diesel engine and power driving system to the mine flameproof rubber tyre vehicle and to have a good power performances and fuel oil economic performances, the simulation software AVL-Cruise was applied to the model establish- ment, simulation calculation of the mine flameproof diesel engine and driving system applied to the rubber tyre vehicle in a underground mine. The power performances, fuel oil economic performances and other related simulation curves were obtained. The simulation results showed that the design of the trackless flameproof rubber tyre vehicle could meet the initial power index and driving efficiency require- ments. The simulation curves also verified the match rationality of the flameproof diesel engine and the driving system.
