Replacement Method and Safety Analysis on First Rope of Mine Shaft Hoist
Abstract：According to the complicated process,high operation difficulty,danger and other problems of the conventional first rope replacement method for the mine hoist,based on the application of the a new rope replacement equipment,a new first rope replacement method of the mine hoist steel rope was provided.In comparison with the conventional rope replacement method,the new rope replacement method could save the rope replacement time about 10 h.The safety analysis showed that the new rope replacement method could reduce the weights of the mine cage and steel rope,improve the mine hoisting capacity and in essence reduce the probability of the rope sliding accident occurred.The multi-rope synchronous in and out replacement method could reduce the complicated coordinative operation and improve the rope replacement speed.Due to the steel rope was always in a stressed condition,the rope twisted could be prevented and the rope safety could be improved.
