Research on Additive made of Black Liquid with Imide Method and its Mixture Preparation Performances
Abstract：With the imide method to sulfurize, thicken, improve the black liquid from paper making, the additive of coal water mixture can obviously reduce a surface tension of the water dissolution liquid and has a good separation feature. The industrial test shown that the mixture performances with the additive specially for Yima coal and Lunan coal all meet the requirements of Taxku coal water mixture fired gasifier. The optimum additive value in practice is ranging from 0.8～1.6 %. The max consistence of coal water mixture with Lunan coal is about 69%. The stability of the coal water mixture is good.
