Prevention and control of secondary water hazards in Shuanglong closed pits:analysis of grouting effect on boundary curtain of mine field

Abstract：Shuanglong Company uses ground directional drilling to explore and grout seal the fracture zone of coal seam roof along the boundary curtain line direction,and to explore and treat possible small coal mine out of bounds goaf areas,in order to form a curtain wall to block the old empty water from entering the Fangzhuang through the Daihe and Shitai mine field boundary coal pillar collapse water.Based on the prevention and control of secondary water hazards caused by the closure of Shuanglong Company's mine field boundary curtain grouting project,the design,construction technology,and grouting effect of ground curtain grouting project were analyzed.The in-fluencing factors of curtain grouting volume were studied through grey correlation method and multiple linear regression method.The re-sults indicate that the grouting material used is cement fly ash slurry,and its ratio meets the requirements of grouting treatment.
