Analysis of antifreeze measures for mechanical ventilation tower

Abstract：In response to the problems of freezing and cracking of mechanical ventilation towers in northern China,the antifreeze meas-ures of mechanical ventilation towers were studied and analyzed based on the engineering background of Jiangsu Energy Ulagai Power Plant.Analysis indicates that the main reasons for freezing are environmental,equipment,and operational factors.Targeted antifreeze measures and inspection systems have been proposed to reduce the risk of ice formation in the mechanical ventilation tower during win-ter,providing a guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the flue gas water extraction system.
