Abstract:Regarding whether the Mengba Coal Mine can carry out four layer mining after three layer mining,in order to solve the problem of production continuity in the northern mining area where the development project is seriously lagging behind and cannot be put into pro-duction on schedule, numerical simulation methods were used to analyze and study the development height of water conducting fracture zones and the observation rules of surface rock movement. The successful implementation of the first four layered mining face in No.1412 working face has released a large amount of coal resources, extended the mining time in the central mining area, and ensured the sustain-able development of mine. The research results have positive significance for promoting the regional economic development of Bangladesh.
