Dynamic effects and risk assessment of overlying retained coal pillars in mining face

Abstract:A study was conducted on the dynamic effects and risk assessment of the potential risk of rock burst induced by the retained coal pillar area on the No.8301 working face of a certain mine.Taking the hard rock layer on the roof of working face as the research object, the energy release mechanism of initial rupture of shock source layer was analyzed based on the fixed beam model, and the ener-gy released by the rupture was obtained.Combined with microseismic data, the energy attenuation coefficient was calculated, and the re-sidual energy when the vibration wave propagated to the key position was obtained.By analyzing the energy consumption of the roadway support system,a kinetic potential energy balance model was constructed, and the critical peak velocity of the supporting system failure was determined.Research has shown that the existing supporting system theoretically has the ability to resist 5th power strong mining earthquakes, and has identified the risk of dynamic and static load coupling in the area due to the combination of"retained coal pillar static load concentration and hard roof dynamic load breakage".A comprehensive prevention and control measure of"monitoring and warning-strengthening supporting-stress regulation"has been proposed to ensure the safe mining of working face.
