Research on strengthening supporting technology by replacing single pillars with advanced grouting anchor cables

Abstract：Taking the No.21105 transportation roadway of a certain mine in Shanxi Province as the research object,based on clarifying the original permanent supporting scheme of transportation roadway,a supporting scheme of segmented advance grouting anchor instead of single pillar was proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme was verified through on-site experiments.The transportation roadway was divided into four experimental stages within a 150 meters area from the mining face,and the usage of single pillars and grouting anchor cables in different stages was determined according to the rock pressure monitoring results.Five stations were set up within the distance of the transportation roadway to monitor the deformation of surrounding rock.The results show that advanced grouting anchor cables can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock,and the deformation of surrounding rock at each monitoring station is within a safe range.The research results can provide useful reference for optimizing the supporting scheme of other mining tunnels under similar working conditions.
