Application of dynamic monitoring technology for tension of hoisting wire rope in main shaft of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine

Abstract：When installing the main control system of the main shaft hoist in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,the safety protection system of hoist was improved in accordance with the relevant requirements of"Coal Mine Safety Regulations",but there were no specific require-ments for dynamic monitoring of tension of wire rope.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the lifting system,it is urgent to dynami-cally monitor the tension system of existing main shaft lifting wire rope,in order to solve problems such as overload,coal stagnation,un-balanced tension of lifting rope,and high maintenance costs,and ensure the safe operation of lifting equipment.
