Research and practice on fire prevention and extinguishing technology for irregular deep fully-mechanized mining face

Abstract：In response to the problem of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf of irregular working faces in deep mines,taking No.21914 working face as an example,combined with its geological conditions and complex environment of goaf,key technologies for fire prevention and extinguishing in irregular working faces were studied.By analyzing the tendency of coal seam spontaneous combus-tion,the distribution of residual coal in goaf,and the characteristics of changes in working face morphology,a comprehensive fire preven-tion and extinguishing system was constructed,effectively reducing the risk of spontaneous combustion and providing reference for safe mining of working faces under similar conditions.
