Abstract：In order to improve coal cutting efficiency and optimize the design of picks arrangement of coal winning machine drum,a study was conducted on influence law of cutting parameters of picks on mechanical properties of coal and rock fragmentation under the combined action of double tooth.Aiming at the influence of parameters such as inclination angle,impact angle,intercept,and cutting thickness of picks on cutting load,an orthogonal experimental method was used to analyze simulated blade pick and end transverse flange pick,and the influence law of relevant factors on force of picks was obtained.And the analysis and processing were carried out u-sing range and variance,providing theoretical basis and data support for optimization design of picks of coal winning machine drum.
