Design of fast loading/unloading and four-crawler steering system for mining unit support transporter

Abstract：In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to quickly and efficiently move the unit advance hydraulic support in the coal mine,combined with the actual application scene of the unit support in the underground,a trackless towing cable lifting crawler unit support transporter that can adapt to high gas mines and thin coal seam working face roadways was developed and designed.The design concept,mechanism composition,control principle,and working process of the fast lifting and loading/unloading system and four-crawl-er steering system of the unit support transporter were elaborated in detail.The fast lifting and loading/unloading system and four-crawl-er steering system are key technologies for ensuring fast,efficient,and reliable operation of the unit support transporter.The equipment has been tested in industrial and practical operations underground in a large coal mine in China,and has good prospects for promotion and application.
