Research on automatic tensioning system of mining scraper conveyor chain

Abstract：Scraper conveyor is the main conveying equipment of coal transportation system in fully-mechanized mining face.Scraper chain is an important carrier for its power transmission,which directly affects the normal operation of underground transportation system.In order to ensure the normal use of scraper conveyor and the reasonable tension state of scraper chain,it is particularly important.By e-laborating on the automatic tensioning system of the scraper conveyor chain and introducing the working principle and composition of the new automatic tensioning system,a comprehensive study on the automatic tensioning system of the scraper conveyor chain will help pro-mote the development of automatic control of the tension force of the scraper conveyor chain,and have a certain promoting effect on the intelligent automation construction of comprehensive mining equipment in the coal mining industry.
