Experimental research on gas leakage alarm device and servo constant pressure sealing system for coal seam extraction boreholes

Abstract：In response to the problem of gas leakage in the coal seam extraction boreholes of Yuwu Coal Mine,which cannot be intuitive-ly perceived,and the large amount of manual investigation work and delayed leakage prevention underground,A set of gas leakage alarm device and servo constant pressure sealing system for coal seam gas extraction boreholes were designed,and automatic control technology was used to improve gas extraction efficiency and reduce the occurrence of gas leakage.Three alternative solutions were proposed for dif-ferent action execution mechanisms and on-site conditions,and the solutions were compared and evaluated.Finally,the solution with e-lectric valve as the action execution mechanism was determined.On this basis,a pumping drilling sealing system based on the"three blocks and two injections"sealing device was designed and applied on site,with good application results.
