Abstract：The treatment cycle of"three soft",low-permeability and difficult-to-extract coal seams is long and the technical difficulty is extremely high.When Liangbei Coal Mine was mainly mining Ⅱ1 coal seam,regional gas control was carried out by using bottom ex-traction roadway construction to drill through layers and hydraulic punching.It was found that the bottom pumping roadway was relative-ly far away from the covered coal roadway,which can easily lead to drilling holes with small inclination angles that do not see coal or see coal ahead of schedule,causing gas control voids and increasing amount of hole filling work,seriously affecting effectiveness of gas con-trol.To implement the bottom extraction roadway"one-to-one"protection chute excavation technology,through-layer drilling design parameter correction and verification analysis technology,and gas extraction precision management technology from drilling hole opening to drilling hole sealing,and standardize whole process.The standardized management of the entire process from drilling to sealing has played a good role in drilling design,construction technology,drilling acceptance,fine assessment,risk control,and daily analysis during the anti outburst drilling construction process.It has reference significance for other similar coal mine gas precision management.
