Research and application of the transformation of the starting mode of coal mine scraper conveyor

Abstract：The coal mine scraper conveyor is started by a frequency converter,which is placed at the air inlet of the belt roadway.It has a good operating environment and can be remotely controlled,with low accident rate,simple maintenance,and low cost.The CST control system and variable frequency starting system of scraper conveyor were studied respectively,and their respective characteristics were compared and analyzed.A reasonable transformation plan was formulated to provide technical support for the transformation of CST con-trol system to variable frequency starting,and further optimize the variable frequency starting control system.This scheme also provides technical guidance for the promotion and application of high voltage variable frequency drives.
