Research on early warning device of wire straightening in diamond mesh machine

Abstract：With the gradual increase of coal mining in China,the demand for metal diamond mesh is increasing,in order to solve the shortcomings of the current processing technology,such as low production efficiency.According to the requirements of metal diamond mesh production process,an automatic equipment using PLC,cylinder,solenoid valve,sensor and other technologies was put forward.The mechanical structure principle of wire straightening and early warning mechanism of diamond mesh machine and the control flow of PLC control feedback system were introduced.
