Measures analysis of reducing failure rate of induced draft fans under the SNCR denitration process of CFB boiler

Abstract:The 2 ×330 MW CFB boiler of Jiangsu Xukuang Comprehensive Utilization Power Generation Co.,Ltd.adopted urea-SNCR denitrification reduction technology, using urea as the reducing agent, and was arranged at the horizontal flue at the inlet of the cyclone. The ammonia escape produced by the denitrification reaction formed ammonium bisulfate, which was easy to crystallize on the surface of the induced draft fan inlet, hub and blade, resulting in many problems such as jamming of the moving blades of the induced draft fan and large fan vibration.By installing anti flow seals, lubricating blade handles, and copper sleeve rotating pairs, measures can be taken to ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the induced draft fan.
