The theoretical logic,realistic content and cultivation path of entrepreneurship in China's energy state-owned enterprises

Abstract：As a key force to stimulate the vitality of enterprises and lead industry innovation,entrepreneurship plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the high-quality development of enterprises and helping the implementation of national strategies.At present,China's research on entrepreneurship in the new era mostly focuses on the discussion of general connotation,while for the special subject of energy state-owned enterprises,the attention and research on the particularity of their entrepreneurship are relatively scarce.Therefore,this paper is guided by the connotation of the five points of entrepreneurship of "patriotism,innovation,integrity,social responsibility,and international vision" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the entrepreneur symposium in July 2020.Delve into and summarize the theoretical literature on entrepreneurship and energy state-owned enterprise entrepreneurship,and further clarifies the specific content of energy state-owned enterprise entrepreneurship in the new era from the above five dimensions.Finally,propose specific cultivation path,including strengthening the party's leadership over the entrepreneurial team of energy state-owned enterprises,establishing a comprehensive talent selection mechanism,and enhancing the identity of energy state-owned enterprise entrepreneurs,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of entrepreneurship in other energy state-owned enterprises.
