Abstract:In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation of the green development level of non-ferrous mineral enterprises,a green development level evaluation method based on combination weighting and matter-element model is proposed.Firstly, the evaluation index system for the green development level of non-ferrous mineral enterprises was constructed, comprising 4 first-level evaluation indicators and 14 second-level evaluation indicators.Secondly,to compensate for the limitations of single weighting methods,a combination of subjective and objective weighting was introduced to calculate the indicator weights, where in the Delphi method and the entropy weight method were employed to determine the subjective and objective weights, respectively.Subsequently, the optimal combination weights were computed using the combination weighting approach Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model was established by using the matter-element model, which was applied to two listed non-ferrous mineral companies. The results show that the evaluation results are consistent with the actual survey results, which verifies the validity and practicability of the model, and can provide a new evaluation method for the evaluation of the green development level of non-ferrous mineral enterprises.
