Abstract:Against the backdrop of the in-depth advancement of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, establishing a scientific and accurate carbon emission accounting system for power sources and grids, and exploring the spatiotemporal allocation path of carbon emissions, serves as a crucial support for achieving the low-carbon transformation of the power system and regional collaborative emission reduction. To address issues such as data lag and high costs in traditional accounting methods, this study constructs a multi-type power source carbon emission accounting model covering thermal power, wind power and photovoltaic power based on big data in the power sector. It also proposes a spatiotemporal carbon emission allocation method for both the grid side and user side. The study adopts the emission factor method for carbon emission accounting.Combined with grid loss electricity and regional electricity consumption characteristics,a multi-dimensional allocation model centered on electricity consumption, carbon emission pressure population, and carbon emissions per kilowatt-hour is established.Through combined weighting, the reasonable allocation of carbon emissions on the user side is realized. Results from case analysis show that the proposed method can effectively quantify the carbon emission responsibilities of different regions and entities, providing operable data support for carbon quota allocation.
