Research on the path of clean and efficient utilization of coal in Xinjiang under the new situation

Abstract：Currently,the global energy system is undergoing profound changes,China's energy is in a new stage which are increased demand for supply security,accelerated green and low-carbon transformation,industrial technological innovation and upgrading.Facing new situations and requirements,as a national energy and resource strategic guarantee base,strengthening the clean and efficient utilization of coal is an important measure for Xinjiang to transform its energy resource advantages into advantages in ensuring national energy security and high-quality regional economic development.This paper analyzes the new situation of energy development in China and the new requirements for energy and coal development in Xinjiang,analyzed the development foundation of clean and efficient utilization of coal in Xinjiang,proposes the main paths for clean and efficient utilization of coal in Xinjiang from four aspects:consolidating coal safety and intelligent supply,establishing green and low-carbon industrial clusters,building an efficient and stable external transportation system,and creating an open and integrated innovation platform,and also puts forword policy recommendations.
