Abstract：The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that high-quality development is the primary task for comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy Chemical industry Co.,Ltd is the state-owned enterprise with the largest coal production capacity in Xinjiang.It regards achieving high-quality development as the primary task to enhance the company's core competitiveness,and comprehensively promotes high-quality development based on safety,efficiency,green,intelligent,shared,and sustainable elements.This study addresses the new situation and requirements faced by CHN Energy Xinjiang Energy Chemical industry Co.,Ltd in its development,as well as the main problems faced by the company in high-quality development,proposes a high-quality development path from the aspects of improving safety governance capabilities,comprehensively promoting quality and efficiency improvement,accelerating the promotion of clean production,deeply integrating information technology,and deepening reform cooperation and innovation,providing useful references for promoting the high-quality development of state-owned coal enterprises.
