Research on intellectual property rights assisting the development of new productivity in coal enterprises

Abstract：In the context of the country's increasing emphasis on scientific and technological innovation,the development of new productivity,and the strengthening of intellectual property protection,the coal enterprises have continued to increase their efforts in scientific and technological innovation,striving to develop new productivity.However,there are also some problems that need to be addressed in the process of intellectual property management,especially how to use intellectual property to help develop new productivity in the future.To some extent,this has restricted the future development of coal enterprises.To this end,the paper expounds the important connotations and internal connections of new productivity and intellectual property,as well as the existing problems in current intellectual property management.It also proposes corresponding improvement measures and countermeasures for reference by coal enterprises.
