Abstract:The new quality productivity forces of electric power of multiple elements, including new power products, which refers to the development of distributed photovoltaics,CCHP,ground source heat pump, air source heat pump, etc.New electric power technology refers to photovoltaic power generation through cold air conditioning or driving ground source refrigeration and cold storage. At night, wind power directly heats the air source and stores heat, drives ground source heating and heat storage, electrolyzes water to produce hydrogen and then produces gas, realizing new energy power generation.Heating, electric gas production, electric hydrogen production, etc. The new power industry refers to replacing coal with electricity, replacing oil with electricity, replacing oil with hydrogen, increasing the proportion of terminal electrification, etc.;the new power system refers to breaking down energy professional barriers and regional barriers through the integration of "source, grid, load and storage" to achieve multiple goals.Complementary sources, interconnection of multiple networks, mutual generation of multiple loads, mutual assistance of multiple storages, and promotion of new energy consumption, etc. The new mechanism of electric power refers to the participation of power generation and users in the electric energy market, electric auxiliary service market, green power market, carbon market transactions, etc. The value of new quality productive forces of electric power industry includes green power generation with new energy as the main body, efficient power transmission with optimized allocation of clean power across provinces and regions, substitution of electricity for coal, electricity for oil,and hydrogen for oil, etc.
