Research on abandoned mine reutilization planning based on value evaluation

Abstract：In order to reduce the contradiction between ecological restoration and resource reutilization in the process of abandoned mines reutilization,it is urgent to study the value of abandoned mines reutilization,which is an important fundamental problem.Focusing on the ecological service value of abandoned mine reutilization,the evaluation index system of the abandoned mine redevelopment value was constructed.In view of the lack of standards for the classification of abandoned mine resources,the utilization method was divided into three categories as energy utilization,resource utilization and functional utilization according to the different reutilization directions of abandoned mines resources.Then,the minimum factor method combined with the grading method were adopt to classify the abandoned mine resources into three categories:comprehensive high-quality resources,individual high-quality resources and general resources,which formed a resource order that gives priority to comprehensive high-quality resources and then takes into account specific resources with outstanding advantages.On the basis of the analysis of the abandoned mine redevelopment value connotation,the viewpoint that the abandoned mine reutilization should be based on the ecological restoration and then give consideration to the regional coordinated development and economic benefit is put forward.After that,with the double criteria of resource development order and value priority order,the abandoned mines reutilization value was divided into four levels,the difference between value evaluation and suitability evaluation were commented,and the criteria for demonstration project selection was also provided in this paper.Based on this,the development depth was classified as three stages:primary,intermediate and advanced,which provides a stepwise development strategy for abandoned mines.The research is helpful to form the classification standard of abandoned mine resources and provide a guiding framework for reutilization planning.
